Commitment Tour de France Style

commitment high performance leadership start now Jul 21, 2026

This week, I invited my inner circle to activate turbo commitment mode - the kind where we stop ghosting our own goals.

Everything we start? Finished.

Avoiding something? Not us.

Distractions? We don’t know the meaning of the word.

Think “week before vacation” kind of focus.

Commitment to your craft is another example straight from the Tour de France - yes, still watching every day.

The average Tour rider spends nearly 800 hours a year training just on their bike. Not mention all of the hours spent on the other “get in shape” stuff.

Commitment is a muscle — and domestiques are the masters of it.

They follow through on every climb so the whole team can win.

That’s the energy we’re bringing into this week.

So, I invited my inner circle to join me - and now I’m inviting you.

Let’s make this the week we follow through on what matters…

and stop giving our energy to what doesn’t.

I see great things getting accomplished! Can’t you?!?

The Tour riders earn their celebration at the finish line.

We will earn ours at the taco-truck.

Turbo commitment mode: activated.
