Believe!

People are on my mind - not just in what they’re doing today, but in who they can become.

The people in my life are so interesting. I love my inner circle, and I genuinely believe in people. Their journeys are fascinating - each chapter of their past, where they are now, and how they’re moving forward. I get excited about their gifts, their potential, their spark… even when they can’t see anything of value in themselves.

Something I’ve learned… Playing small doesn’t help anyone rise. Not me. Not them. Not the people I’m called to lead or love.

Living out your own dreams gives others the courage to follow theirs.

Holding back isn’t humility - it’s hiding. And when we hide our voice, our truth, our dreams, we also hide the very things that could inspire someone else to step into their next level.

I am blessed to have people in my life who don’t just support me- they actively help my dreams come true. They believe in my potential, pray for me, encourage me to grow, and remind me of what I can become.

And I want others to feel that same power in themselves. I want them to hear: “I see you. I see what you’re capable of. And I’m here for the journey.”

And here’s what that looks like for me: I tell people what I see in them — even when they can’t see it yet. I name their strengths out loud. I remind them of the future I know they can grow into. I hold up a mirror to their potential.

This isn’t cheerleading.

It’s calling out the truth of who they can become. It’s naming their gifts out loud. It’s believing in their future even when their present seems like disaster.

You and me? Let’s settle this now.

No longer will we deny ourselves the joy of our dreams.  We will help others see the joy in theirs. Let’s become. Let’s encourage.  Let’s choose to see the best in people. We will show up honestly in service.

Your next level of leadership begins at your next level of truth. And sometimes, that truth is simply this: People become more when someone believes they can.
